friendly staff classy decoration excellent breakfast professional service

I noticed the professional service immediately. breakfast proved excellent. facilities looked new and featured classy decor. the staff impressed me, they were very friendly and quite knowledgeable. i also appreciated the availability of a nearby coop. Convenience was certainly a plus!

My room was quite small. it lacked a desk, a slight inconvenience. the room also felt very dark. I noticed there was very little natural sunlight.

The breakfast room is elegant. I found it to be a lovely space. a nice square is visible while one is eating. i appreciated the good variety of food and the nice, plentiful space with lots of options. all the choices were very fresh.

the location was acceptable, being a short walk to the train station.

The room i received differed significantly from what i booked. specifically, i reserved a room with air conditioning, but the unit only provided heating, rendering it useless . this discrepancy was disappointing and affected my overall comfort (i expect a certain level of precision). also, housekeeping was inconsistent. My room was not serviced daily, inconvenient.

the hotel is near the train station, so transport was easy. the hotel rooms are decorated nicely. breakfast includes plenty choices, mostly continental. the staff helped with directions to sites.

my room faced a courtyard and got very little daylight.
